Feelings Driven Thought Process
The first step is allowing and accepting what you have experienced (seen or heard) without creating a story of judgement (right and wrong, good and bad) to connect to the feeling. Once you have recognition and understanding of what you are feeling, then the fun part can start. Reason with your feeling to figure out/learn what this feeling you’re creating needs in order to be in a heavenly state again. This may take a while to figure out. No need to judge yourself for not knowing how to do this right away as we have been led astray from our feelings for 1000s of years and many generations. So pat yourself on the back for even trying and taking the time to learn this old way of thinking. As the last time you may have done this was when you were a child before you were taught to disconnect from your feelings. Once you sit with total love and acceptance of your feeling it will start to present its needs to you.
Needs Before Strategies
It’s important that you learn the difference between
a need and the strategies to meet them. Don’t get stuck on a strategy and create conflict in your ability to meet it with anyone and everyone. Reason with the feeling and figure out what it’s needing, and then the fun part can begin. Now you can come up with one or a few strategies to meet that need and you can present it to anyone affected by the situation to see if your strategy also meets their needs. And since you’re connected to the need and not the strategy you will be willing to hear a no if your strategy doesn’t meet their needs. You will be willing to take the time and figure out a strategy that meets the needs of everyone involved. Remember it works both ways when you do this. Your friends family and even strangers will start to care about your needs as much as theirs when they see that you care so dearly for theirs. This way of communicating can solve all conflict and allow us to stay in the heavenly state of reasoning and unconditional love for self first and others will feel this in the way we care for their needs as well. This makes life perfect no matter what has been seen or heard. When mankind learns to speak and hear in this way we will have fully entered the great age of reasoning. This will solve all psychology and will create heaven on earth for everyone doing it. Source has guaranteed this is the only solution for mankind to get out of this confusing situation. It is the universal language of one love as you can do it in any and all languages. And when done it solves all conflict and allows everyone to gain understanding of each other on a higher vibration than the stories we tell ourselves could ever get us. You are learning to speak of the language of life; the language of the soul; the language of feelings.
